Our mission is simple: to support musicians, elevate live performances, and bring unforgettable music experiences to audiences throughout the South Coast.
With over 30 bands on our roster and growing, we represent a wide range of genres — from country, rock, and blues to pop, funk, and soul — including both cover bands and original artists. This diversity allows us to match the right talent with each venue’s unique atmosphere, creating shows that keep crowds coming back.
Founded by industry veteran Scott Blanchard, MusiK Booking Agency draws on decades of experience in live entertainment and venue management. We understand what makes a great show — for both the artist and the audience — and we’re proud to be a trusted partner for musicians and venues alike across the Gulf South.

Scott Blanchard’s journey in the music industry began in 2005, when he opened his first bar in New Orleans—just three months before Hurricane Katrina forever changed the city. After rebuilding and reopening in 2006, Scott’s venues quickly became known for their vibrant live music scene. From open jams and karaoke nights to offering free rehearsal space for local bands, he created spaces where emerging artists could grow and thrive.
Over the next decade, his passion for live music fueled the growth of multiple venues across South Louisiana, each built around the same simple idea: great music, five nights a week. Watching young artists develop their talent and find success became one of the most rewarding parts of his work.
After years of long days and late nights in the bar business, Scott sold his company and retired in 2016, settling into a quieter life in Folsom, Louisiana. But his love for live music never faded. In 2024, a chance encounter with a talented young performer reignited his passion for supporting artists and connecting them with opportunities. From that spark, MusiK Booking Agency was born—built on Scott’s decades of experience, his deep network within the local music scene, and his unwavering belief in the power of live performance.
